Glen Garioch Founders Reserve 48% vol

Tasty aromas of cream and vanilla with a little bit of dried orange peel emerging.  Quite a sweet nose, but without the alcohol blasting your nose.  The palate is dry, some thinner flavours of struck match, a little bit of alcohol burn mixed with some cough sweet herbal flavours.  Nicely balanced and tasty.  Just a bit pricy at £35. 88pts
